PJM verwaltet das Stromsystem und betreibt die Gro\u00dfhandelsm\u00e4rkte f\u00fcr Energie, Kapazit\u00e4t, Systemdienstleistungen und \u00dcbertragung in 13 Bundesstaaten und dem District of Columbia. Sein Markt nahm 1997 den Betrieb auf und stellt heute eine der komplexesten und fortschrittlichsten Strukturen der Welt dar.<\/p><p>Der Erzeugungsmix von PJM ist vielf\u00e4ltig, mit einem erheblichen Anteil an <strong>Erdgas<\/strong>, <strong>Kernenergie<\/strong>, <strong>Kohle<\/strong> und wachsenden Anteilen <strong>erneuerbarer Energien<\/strong> wie <strong>Solar<\/strong> und
