Esta es una oportunidad de cooperaci\u00f3n para las dos entidades, en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n en Inteligencia Artificial y Estad\u00edstica. AleaSoft y la UPC comparten objetivos comunes, y pueden beneficiarse de los potenciales mutuos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Semejante cooperaci\u00f3n entre AleaSoft y la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a (UPC) refleja la relaci\u00f3n de larga duraci\u00f3n que tienen ambas entidades. AleaSoft fue fundada en Barcelona en 1999, en el marco de la liberalizaci\u00f3n del mercado el\u00e9ctrico europeo y como resultado de proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n realizados en la UPC (Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a), en el campo de la predicci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. La UPC ha sido una parte fundamental de AleaSoft, como miembro fundador y socio tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">AleaSoft ha desarrollado proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n en el campo de la previsi\u00f3n de demanda energ\u00e9tica y precios de mercados el\u00e9ctricos, enfocados principalmente en la electricidad y el gas. AleaSoft es l\u00edder en este sector, invirtiendo considerables recursos en Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo.
