En Espa\u00f1a el \u00fanico PPA que se ha firmado ha sido entre el grupo EDP y Calidad Pascual, y es un contrato para tan solo cinco a\u00f1os, con lo que seguramente no se puede clasificar como un PPA.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora mismo, con un mercado el\u00e9ctrico muy vol\u00e1til, los PPAs son la garant\u00eda de un precio estable a largo plazo que necesitan los proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables para conseguir financiaci\u00f3n de la banca.<\/p>\n<p>Pero los PPAs son una herramienta \u00fatil tanto para productores como para consumidores, porque a los consumidores tambi\u00e9n les garantiza un precio estable de la electricidad que les permite planificar costes de manera m\u00e1s eficaz. Adem\u00e1s, un PPA asociado a un proyecto renovable, permite al comprador asegurarse el origen renovable de la electricidad consumida.<\/p>\n<p>En un <strong>PPA<\/strong>, la fijaci\u00f3n del precio es uno de los aspectos claves en la negociaci\u00f3n. Si el precio fijado se desv\u00eda demasiado del precio del pool, una de las dos partes se ver\u00e1 claramente perjudicada: si el precio fijado es mucho m\u00e1s alto que el precio del pool, el comprador estar\u00e1 pagando por la electricidad que consume mucho m\u00e1s de lo que pagar\u00eda yendo directamente al mercado.
