En ao\u00fbt, les prix des march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ont battu des records qui, dans la plupart des cas, avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis en juillet. La moyenne mensuelle a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 435 \u20ac\/MWh sur presque tous les march\u00e9s et certaines heures ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 800 \u20ac\/MWh dans certains cas. Ces augmentations sont dues aux prix du gaz, qui ont atteint leur maximum mensuel historique en ao\u00fbt.
