Cependant, des exp\u00e9riences internationales r\u00e9centes \u00e9largissent cette approche vers un mod\u00e8le plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9, o\u00f9 la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la restauration de l&rsquo;environnement et au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique local.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9sert de Kubuqi, en Chine, en est un exemple marquant : le d\u00e9ploiement massif d&rsquo;installations solaires y a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que ces infrastructures peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes d\u00e9grad\u00e9s. La pr\u00e9sence de panneaux solaires a permis de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9rosion \u00e9olienne, d&rsquo;augmenter la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 dans le sol et de favoriser la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration progressive de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<h2>Le contexte en Espagne<\/h2>\n<p>En Espagne, le d\u00e9bat sur l&rsquo;implantation de centrales solaires porte souvent sur leur impact territorial. On s&rsquo;interroge sur leur occupation des sols, leur concurrence avec d&rsquo;autres usages et leur effet sur le paysage. Ces pr\u00e9occupations sont l\u00e9gitimes, en particulier dans le cas de projets mal con\u00e7us, mais elles ne refl\u00e8tent pas tout le potentiel de cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p>Le pays pr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;un des risques de d\u00e9sertification les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;Europe, ainsi que de vastes \u00e9tendues \u00e0 faible productivit\u00e9 agricole et un potentiel solaire exceptionnel. Ce contexte ouvre la voie \u00e0 une nouvelle r\u00e9flexion sur le r\u00f4le du photovolta\u00efque, non seulement en tant que technologie de production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, mais aussi en tant qu&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement du territoire.<\/p>\n<h2>Le photovolta\u00efque, un outil de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;approche strat\u00e9gique change lorsque l&rsquo;on analyse le photovolta\u00efque dans une perspective int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Une conception ad\u00e9quate des installations peut r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation du sol, am\u00e9liorer le microclimat local et permettre des utilisations combin\u00e9es telles que l&rsquo;<strong>agrivolta\u00efque<\/strong> ou le p\u00e2turage.<\/p>\n<p>Ces solutions hybrides contribuent \u00e0 freiner la d\u00e9gradation des sols et peuvent faire office de barri\u00e8re contre la progression de la d\u00e9sertification. En ce sens, la production photovolta\u00efque cesse d&rsquo;\u00eatre uniquement un vecteur de <strong>d\u00e9carbonisation<\/strong> pour devenir un \u00e9l\u00e9ment actif de la gestion environnementale.<\/p>\n<h2>Le photovolta\u00efque flottant, un outil suppl\u00e9mentaire pour lutter contre le changement climatique<\/h2>\n<p>Le <strong>photovolta\u00efque flottant<\/strong> (FPV) appara\u00eet \u00e9galement comme un outil permettant de lutter contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique et de r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Notre plan\u00e8te \u00e9tant compos\u00e9e aux trois quarts d&rsquo;eau, ce sont les oc\u00e9ans qui absorbent la plus grande partie du rayonnement et qui souffrent le plus du r\u00e9chauffement climatique (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne aggrav\u00e9 par les effets des nanoplastiques). Cela entra\u00eene la disparition des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins et de leur biodiversit\u00e9, comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour les r\u00e9cifs coralliens.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;installation de panneaux photovolta\u00efques flottants fait baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 la surface de l&rsquo;eau, ce qui am\u00e9liore \u00e0 son tour le rendement du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable lui-m\u00eame. Leur effet d&rsquo;alb\u00e9do sur le rayonnement solaire contribue \u00e0 limiter la prolif\u00e9ration des algues, l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation et la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an, du lac ou du r\u00e9servoir sur lequel ils sont install\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Un changement de paradigme dans la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> se trouve \u00e0 un tournant d\u00e9cisif, marqu\u00e9 par la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration croissante des <strong>\u00e9nergies renouvelables<\/strong> et, parall\u00e8lement, par une polarisation sociale accrue autour de son d\u00e9veloppement.
