Ensemble, ils totalisent environ 3&nbsp;GW de capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9lectrolyse<\/strong> et mobilisent un investissement estim\u00e9 \u00e0 13&nbsp;milliards&nbsp;\u20ac. Cependant, construire des \u00e9lectrolyseurs n&rsquo;est que le commencement. Ils tendent \u00e0 \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des complexes industriels, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de consommateurs existants et li\u00e9s \u00e0 la production d&rsquo;acier, de carburants, d&rsquo;engrais ou de produits chimiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Stegra en Su\u00e8de associe un \u00e9lectrolyseur de 700&nbsp;MW \u00e0 de la production renouvelable et \u00e0 une aci\u00e9rie. En Espagne, la premi\u00e8re phase du projet Moeve Onuba \u00e0 Huelva comptera 300&nbsp;MW d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse, tandis que le Green Hydrogen Hub de Petronor pr\u00e9voit 100&nbsp;MW destin\u00e9s au tissu industriel autour de Bilbao. Sur d&rsquo;autres march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens, les projets sont raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 des raffineries, \u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et \u00e0 des installations de stockage souterrain.<\/p>\n<p>Cette int\u00e9gration r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;un des principaux risques de l&rsquo;<strong>hydrog\u00e8ne renouvelable<\/strong>, celui de construire des capacit\u00e9s de production sans demande suffisamment d\u00e9finie. Un projet doit savoir qui ach\u00e8tera l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, pour combien de temps, en quelles quantit\u00e9s et \u00e0 quelles conditions de prix.<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9glementation commence \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouveaux signaux de demande<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation commence elle aussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux signaux de demande. En Espagne, le d\u00e9cret royal 611\/2026 \u00e9tablit un nouveau cadre pour favoriser la <strong>d\u00e9carbonation<\/strong> des transports et l&rsquo;utilisation de carburants renouvelables, y compris les carburants renouvelables d&rsquo;origine non biologique. Les co\u00fbts de production continueront de d\u00e9pendre en grande partie du prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, du nombre d&rsquo;heures de fonctionnement, du rendement de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur et de la strat\u00e9gie de contractualisation de l&rsquo;approvisionnement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>La flexibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, un facteur cl\u00e9 de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Un \u00e9lectrolyseur peut tirer parti des heures o\u00f9 la production renouvelable est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les <strong>prix des march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong> les plus bas, mais son fonctionnement ne peut pas reposer uniquement sur la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 lorsque le prix est au plus bas. Il doit \u00e9galement honorer ses contrats de fourniture, amortir l&rsquo;investissement et se coordonner avec les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels qui d\u00e9pendent de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette raison, la <strong>flexibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong> sera l&rsquo;un des principaux facteurs de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Les pr\u00e9visions des prix des march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, de la production renouvelable et de la demande permettront de d\u00e9cider quand produire, combien stocker et comment combiner les contrats \u00e0 long terme avec les achats sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Mesurer le succ\u00e8s au-del\u00e0 des gigawatts install\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>La construction de ces premiers m\u00e9gaprojets montre que l&rsquo;<strong>hydrog\u00e8ne renouvelable<\/strong> commence \u00e0 laisser derri\u00e8re lui la phase purement conceptuelle. La prochaine \u00e9tape devra se concentrer sur la consolidation de la demande, la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures et la structuration de contrats permettant de financer de nouveaux investissements.<\/p>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s du secteur ne doit pas se mesurer uniquement aux gigawatts annonc\u00e9s ou install\u00e9s. Il doit \u00e9galement s&rsquo;\u00e9valuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;aune des tonnes d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne produites et vendues, des heures de fonctionnement r\u00e9elles, de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions obtenue et de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;industrie europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<h2>Des pr\u00e9visions bancables pour r\u00e9duire le risque d&rsquo;investissement, le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;AleaGreen<\/h2>\n<p>La construction de ces projets mobilise des milliards d&rsquo;euros et d\u00e9pend de contrats de fourniture d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;engagements d&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 long terme, ce qui fait de la <strong>bancabilit\u00e9<\/strong> des pr\u00e9visions une condition d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au financement.
