Elle modifie aussi les ressources dont le syst\u00e8me a besoin pour maintenir la fr\u00e9quence et la tension dans des limites s\u00fbres et, avec elles, la valeur qu&rsquo;apportent les batteries, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et l&rsquo;industrie.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div style='margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 20px;'><a title='AleaSoft - control tension potencia reactiva' href='https:\/\/aleasoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260807-AleaSoft-control-tension-potencia-reactiva.png'><img class='aligncenter' src='https:\/\/aleasoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/20260807-AleaSoft-control-tension-potencia-reactiva.png' alt='AleaSoft - control tension potencia reactiva' width='740'\/><\/a><\/div>\n<h2>Puissance active et puissance r\u00e9active, deux fonctions distinctes<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui circule sur le r\u00e9seau comprend de la <strong>puissance active<\/strong> et de la <strong>puissance r\u00e9active<\/strong>. La puissance active alimente la consommation et permet de r\u00e9aliser un travail utile. La puissance r\u00e9active contribue au <strong>r\u00e9glage de la tension<\/strong> et est essentielle au fonctionnement s\u00fbr du r\u00e9seau. Une installation peut produire peu de m\u00e9gawattheures \u00e0 un instant donn\u00e9 et, dans le m\u00eame temps, rendre un service pr\u00e9cieux en produisant ou en absorbant de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9active.<\/p>\n<p>Cette capacit\u00e9 prend du poids dans un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 forte <strong>production renouvelable<\/strong>, car la production <strong>solaire<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9olienne<\/strong> se concentre sur certaines heures et certaines zones, tandis que la demande et les r\u00e9seaux suivent des profils diff\u00e9rents. ENTSO-E consid\u00e8re comme prioritaire la stabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me o\u00f9 les ressources \u00e0 base d&rsquo;onduleurs sont de plus en plus pr\u00e9sentes, et appelle \u00e0 renforcer la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter et \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser ces \u00e9carts.<\/p>\n<h2>La CNMC red\u00e9finit la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du r\u00e9glage de la tension<\/h2>\n<p>La CNMC a approuv\u00e9 une modification des proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;exploitation du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique PO 7.4 et PO 14.4 afin de favoriser une fourniture plus dynamique du service de r\u00e9glage de la tension et d&rsquo;encourager la participation des <strong>installations renouvelables<\/strong>. La r\u00e9forme introduit un mode \u00e0 consigne fixe, qui permet aux installations de production et de <strong>stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong> d&rsquo;une puissance \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 MW de participer m\u00eame si elles ne disposent pas encore de syst\u00e8mes de communication pour recevoir des instructions en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle r\u00e9glementation augmente \u00e9galement la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du suivi de consigne en temps r\u00e9el et reconna\u00eet les heures pendant lesquelles une installation fournit de la puissance r\u00e9active sans produire d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie active. Le message de fond est clair. La valeur d&rsquo;un actif \u00e9lectrique ne d\u00e9pend plus seulement de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;il produit, consomme ou stocke. Elle d\u00e9pend aussi de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<h2>Les batteries, les hybrides et l&rsquo;industrie \u00e9largissent le vivier de fournisseurs de flexibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Les centrales solaires et \u00e9oliennes peuvent utiliser leurs onduleurs pour participer au r\u00e9glage de la tension si elles satisfont aux exigences techniques. Les <strong>batteries<\/strong> peuvent combiner l&rsquo;arbitrage de prix et la participation aux services d&rsquo;ajustement avec la fourniture de puissance r\u00e9active, tandis que les installations hybrides coordonnent plusieurs ressources \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un point de raccordement unique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;industrie peut elle aussi jouer un r\u00f4le actif. La CNMC m\u00e8ne jusqu&rsquo;en 2027 un projet pilote dans lequel les <strong>grands consommateurs<\/strong> r\u00e8glent la tension en absorbant de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9active, en \u00e9change d&rsquo;une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable et d&rsquo;exon\u00e9rations de p\u00e9ages d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau, et a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau projet avec des consommateurs et des distributeurs. Une usine, un centre de donn\u00e9es ou un \u00e9lectrolyseur peut apporter de la flexibilit\u00e9 si ses proc\u00e9d\u00e9s le permettent et si la r\u00e9glementation conserve la neutralit\u00e9 technologique.<\/p>\n<h2>Rentabilit\u00e9, pr\u00e9visions et localisation, les nouvelles variables d&rsquo;investissement<\/h2>\n<p>Une participation accrue des renouvelables au r\u00e9glage de la tension peut r\u00e9duire le besoin de programmer des cycles combin\u00e9s pour contraintes techniques, m\u00eame si la production pilotable restera n\u00e9cessaire, car aucune ressource ne couvre \u00e0 elle seule les besoins de fr\u00e9quence, de tension, d&rsquo;inertie et de reconstitution du r\u00e9seau. Le rapport final d&rsquo;ENTSO-E sur l&rsquo;incident \u00e9lectrique du 28 avril 2025 a confirm\u00e9 cette lecture, en identifiant des insuffisances du r\u00e9glage de la tension parmi les facteurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, et a recommand\u00e9 de renforcer la surveillance et la coordination r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les besoins en puissance r\u00e9active d\u00e9pendent de chaque zone du r\u00e9seau, raison pour laquelle la CNMC a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Red El\u00e9ctrica de publier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des informations sur les besoins zonaux.
