Job description

Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and growth of the company into new markets globally.
Identify expansion opportunities and new market niches through market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to execute expansion initiatives
Coordinate and supervise the execution of expansion-related projects, ensuring deadlines and targets are met
Analyse and report on the performance of expansion initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed
Establish relationships with strategic partners and key entities in markets of interest
Keeping up to date of industry trends and changes that may affect the expansion strategy

Requirements

Proven experience in strategy and expansion roles, preferably in the energy sector
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics
Communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with external partners
Leadership skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
