A few days before the start of autumn, the webinar will address the evolution of energy markets in the first part of the year, with a particular focus on the summer. The prospects for the last quarter of the year and the long term will also be analysed.
Energy storage will be a featured topic in the webinar, with special attention to batteries and green hydrogen. A brief introduction to how storage works will be given and possible future developments will be explored.
In addition, the current situation and prospects for self-consumption will be analysed, and the services that AleaSoft offers to energy retailers will be detailed.
Speakers
Oriol Saltó i Bauzà, he is an Associate Partner at AleaSoft. He has a PhD in Physics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has 20 years of experience in data analysis and modelling both in the context of scientific research and in energy markets. At AleaSoft, for more than 15 years, he has been at the forefront of the development of forecasting models for the European energy markets: electricity, gas, oil, CO2, among others.
