In the first AleaSoft Energy Forecasting webinar of the year 2024, speakers from PwC Spain will participate for the fourth time after their collaboration in January 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The webinar will analyse the prospects for European energy markets in 2024. In addition, the current state of regulation on PPA and renewable energy, as well as virtual PPA, will be analysed.

Speakers

Alberto Martín, is Energy Sector Consulting Principal at PwC Spain. He has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, specialising in the analysis of liberalised businesses, operational efficiency, tactical analysis and regulatory advice to the main companies in the sector.

Roxana Fernández Rabuñal, is Energy Sector Consulting Manager at PwC Spain. She has 6 years of experience as a consultant at PwC. At this stage she has acquired experience in energy consulting and transformation projects for the main companies in the sector. She has carried out various sector studies of both electricity and gas, regulatory and cost analyses, and has developed analytical accounting and profitability models. Likewise, she has advised different clients on their decarbonisation and renewable energy supply strategies internationally, addressing the different alternatives available in each country.

Oriol Saltó i Bauzà, is Associate Partner at AleaGreen. He is PhD in Physics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has 20 years of experience in data analysis and modelling both in the context of scientific research and in energy markets. At AleaSoft, for more than ten years, he has been at the forefront of the development of forecasting models for the European energy markets: electricity, gas, oil, CO2, among others.
