So far this year there were several episodes of high prices in the European electricity markets that generated alarm in the consumers, especially in those that have a large consumption, due to the risk that this implies for their competitiveness. However, as it will be analysed in this webinar, the energy markets are in balance between supply and demand, and these are exceptional periods when the combination of certain factors causes the rise in prices. The webinar will also analyse how the market prices risk can be mitigated through energy purchase strategies based on the diversification, highlighting the importance of the PPA, which have as added value their help in meeting the environmental objectives of the consumers. In addition, the importance of the European markets prices forecasts when defining these purchase strategies as well as the AleaSoft’s prospects and vision of the future on the decarbonisation of the industry and the role of the green hydrogen will be analysed.
