Workshop aimed at generators, developers of renewable energy and storage projects, banks and investment funds
This workshop is aimed at utilities, independent power producers (IPP), developers of renewable energy and storage projects, banks and investment funds. The workshop will address the decisions that make it possible to maximise the profitability and manage the risks of assets, as well as to assess the economic viability, financing and value of projects.
The profitability and value of projects depend on numerous decisions taken during their development and operation. Anticipating the evolution of revenue in the short, medium and long term makes it possible to adapt the strategy to changes in the markets.
To this end, the workshop will analyse the main levers for optimising energy production and sales, reducing the impact of imbalances and managing the risks associated with curtailments, cannibalisation and price volatility.
In the field of storage and hybridisation, the workshop will address how to choose the most appropriate configuration and operation strategy to generate value and take advantage of the different revenue sources.
Finally, the workshop will show how to compare scenarios and alternatives and incorporate their results into the financial model to value projects and assets and support investment, financing, acquisition or sale decisions.
The workshop will offer an integrated view of the decisions that influence the profitability, risk and value of projects and assets throughout their entire useful life.
