AleaDemandRetail is a solution of AleaSoft, catering to your portfolio of customers´ retail energy needs. Short, mid and long term demand forecasts of their customers can be obtained. The Implementation of this solution is based on the particular needs of the customer and the available data for the project. Top and bottom level forecasting: The forecasting is comprehensive, offering forecasting from the total portfolio, of specific groups of customers, or individual customer forecasting. Consistency between top and bottom level is always maintained. The AleaDemandRetail solution considers the changing nature of the portfolio, taking into account the dynamic of both new and lost customers. Historical data is automatically completed, generating non-measured data, and filling gaps for data which is not available at the moment of forecasting. Forecasts can be generated from the current-date on, even when registered data is delayed or not available. New customers are automatically detected by the solution when reading data, and are automatically included into their corresponding group and onto the portfolio. A forecasting method is automatically assigned so that they are immediately ready for forecast generation.
