The company Alea Business Software S.L. (AleaSoft) offers solutions for the energy sector, providing its clients with a set of products and services in the field of the forecasting of demand, renewable energy production and energy markets prices.

The activity that Alea Business Software S.L. (AleaSoft) considers that it conforms to the quality required according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 is:

The Policy statement collects as guidelines:

1. Commitment to comply with applicable requirements, including legal.
2. From the strategic lines defined in the context analysis carried out, the objectives of the company were defined, which were disseminated at all levels of our structure.
3. Implementing the Quality indicators, as well as monitoring their level of progress, in a way that allows us to know and ensure the product and the level of quality desired by our client.
4. Ensuring that the working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as much as possible and reducing those evaluated.
5. Developing continuous training programs aimed at better qualification of our workers, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives established in this document.
6. Commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
7. Promoting and achieving a motivating environment for all members of the company.

The company’s strategy encompasses the development and innovation of the offered services, to adapt to the needs of the market and the customers, as well as the constant improvement of the quality to position itself as the global reference in the field of the forecasting in the energy sector. The Management makes this policy accessible and makes it available to its clients, all its employees, suppliers and interested parties. The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the reviews of the system by the management, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and the received information. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
