If you need to buy or sell a renewable asset or project, at AleaSoft we have a HUB with our clients looking for opportunities to buy and sell photovoltaic or wind energy assets and projects in any country in Europe. Projects can be in “Ready to Build” (RTB) status or at any stage.
In our hub we have renewable projects developers, utilities, investment funds, private and institutional investors, energy technology companies, EPC, retailers, large consumers, consulting companies and in general all types of companies in the energy sector, and we try to find opportunities that meet the needs of both parties, both buyers and sellers.
This year 2024 is the 25th anniversary of the founding of AleaSoft. Thanks to our long presence in the energy sector in Spain and our experience as market integrators, we are in contact with all large and medium‑sized agents in the sector in Spain. We also have many contacts in the rest of Europe.
The idea of the HUB or Marketplace is to look for opportunities for both parties in Europe.
Before putting both parties in contact, we outline that the needs converge (matching): technology, location, renewable resource, capacity, historical and expected performance, permits and licences, guarantees and insurance, if there is any PPA and its terms, financial structure , O&M costs, environmental and social impact, etc. In the case of projects, their status is also analysed. During this process, we preselect potential buyers and sellers.
