The forecasts are offered in product format and service format.

• The product format consists of the installation of an application that updates automatically, managing both the data and the generation of the forecasts.
• The service format consists of the periodic delivery of updated demand forecasts, with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly delivery options.

The main explanatory variables used in mid-term demand forecasts include meteorological data, such as temperature, as well as economic indicators such as economic growth (GDP) and industrial activity (IPI), in addition to labour activity.

With over 27 years of experience, AleaSoft has provided demand forecasts to the main Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Europe, Utilities, control centres, retailers, and distributors, who use them to plan, manage, and optimise energy.
